But she's more than a viral fad. Maxine Waters has a long history of being heroically Maxine Waters. Here's a far-too-brief highlight real.

2. The time she told the Tea Party to go "straight to hell," then promised to "help them get there."

5. When she was horrified that people would even think for a second that she'd attend Trump's inauguration

When she helped to guarantee $10 billion in loans for infrastructure development in cities, another $50 million for job training for underserved youth, expanded U.S. debt relief for Africa, created a Center for Women Veterans, came to LAX to protect detainees and otherwise served her constituents and country for the past 41 years.
