All Hell Broke Loosewould004 Archivesa pretty good Taylor Swift album name.
That's also how Calvin Harris described the end of his relationship with Swift and the subsequent social media fallout to British GQ. He now regrets that whole mess and insists it is not what he came for.
SEE ALSO: Congratulations, Calvin Harris! You won 'The Bachelorette'!"The aftermath of the relationship was way more heavily publicized than the relationship itself," he told the magazine. "When we were together, we were very careful for it not to be a media circus. She respected my feelings in that sense. I'm not good at being a celebrity."
When the couple initially announced their split, Harris tweeted a PR friendly message about love and respect. But once Hiddleswift and the true identity of Nils Sjoberg came into the picture, Harris had difficulty shaking it off, and oh boy, it went down.
Harris got upset because his career was being overshadowed by his relationship with Swift, "I was protecting my one talent from being belittled."
Of course, his defensive efforts just brought even more attention to Talvin's demise, but such is the nature of emotional outbursts.
"Now I see that Twitter thing as a result of me succumbing to pressure," he said. "It took me a minute to realize that none of that matters. I'm a positive guy."
Now that the dust has settled, we're left wondering why we bother with love if it never lasts.
