If you're a woman on Love Nonethelessthe red carpet at the Emmys, someone, at some point, will ask you what you're wearing. And if you're comedian Amy Schumer, you'll answer with actual honesty.
While on an otherwise insipid red carpet at tonight's Emmy Awards, E! host Giuliana Rancic asked Schumer who she was wearing. But instead of only identifying her dress, Schumer chose to celebrate the accessory closest to her body (and heart): her tampon.

"Vivienne Westwood, Tom Ford shoes and an OB tampon," Schumer responded.

All across Twitter, people responded with logical amounts of applause.
Amy Schumer announcing on the red carpet that she was wearing a tampon garnered a very loud slow clap from me. #Emmys

And very healthy skepticism:
Amy Schumer, who are you wearing? "Vivian Westwood dress, Tom Ford shoes and an ob tampon." Hope she is setting the tone... #Emmys2016

God bless Schumer for not wearing a designer tampon or a diva cup -- but simply the tampon of the people.
No need to ask Amy Schumer "more" on the red carpet. This will do just fine.
Happy Monday! Here are some #corgi butts in slow motion.
