The good folks at National Public Radio (NPR) headquarters in Washington D.C. often see famous faces behind All Songs Consideredhost Bob Boilen's desk. These performances, dubbed the "Tiny Desk Concerts" happen in middle of NPR offices, and employees can gather to watch the intimate show.
Chance the Rapper made his way to Boilen's desk for a show with his band on Monday, and following the intercom announcement that he was there, folks began to rush to get good spots for the impromptu concert, causing quite the scene in the hallways of the news organization.
According to tweets from NPR employees, Chance's set included three songs, read a poem, and also managed to sneak a bite of someone's doughnut.

This isn't the first time Chance has arrived at a newsroom unbeknownst to journalists. The rapper dropped by the offices of The Atlanticin October 2016 and surprised the newsroom before his D.C. show.
