Thirteen days.
It took 13 days for Nicki Minaj to respond to Remy Ma's two tracks that lit a fire to the Internet and seduction sex videoshad everyone on edge of their seats for what just might be the rap feud of the year.
Instead of just dropping one scathing track, Minaj took her time and went for a completely different approach: three songs, all released Thursday night, two of which feature label mates Drake and Lil Wayne.

"You can't be Pablo if your work ain't sellin'/ What the fuck is this bitch inhalin'?/ I would've helped you out that pit you fell in/ I am the generous Queen! Ask Ms. Ellen," Nicki rapped before throwing more jabs at Remy's husband, career and surgeries.

In an Instagram post, Nicki explained her strategy behind the song.
"Here at Young Money, we don't do diss records, we drop hit records and diss you on them," she wrote before mentioning Billboard charts records and thanking fans. "You got 72 hours to drop a hit and I'll give you half a million dollars if you can book any show or interview without mentioning the Queen name," she challenged Remy.

Nicki's other two tracks, "Changed It" featuring Lil Wayne and "Regret In Your Tears" both take on completely different topics—impact on the industry and lost love (ahem, Meek Mill), respectively.
If all of this wasn't enough, Nicki promises her next album will be "nothing but waves."
"Lol my babies, you're gonna get your complete life," she promised.
You can listen to all three songs on Apple Music or Spotify.
