If you have barracks eroticism3D goggles or a mobile VR headset like Google Cardboard, watch the video with them on.
You knew it wouldn't be long till we saw more and more brands explore virtual reality in depth.
In this ad produced for San Miguel Lifestyle Brews by Discovery Networks, the viewer is taken on a literal rollercoaster ride, plunged into the sea, zoomed across an island before landing in a bar.
There, a bartender stands with a cold draft, and bold text at the bottom tells you to remove your goggles. That's when a cold beer is handed to you in real life -- perfection.
The ad's creator, Bryan Seah, head of original content for Southeast Asia at Discovery Networks, told Mashablethat most 360-degree videos he'd seen were fairly static, but he wanted to make use of the 3D perspective and let the user feel the speed of moving through different scenes.
That meant the crew had to drag multi-camera rigs across the island terrain, and on bumpy rides like the rollercoaster and off-road vehicles.
Filmmakers keen on jumping into 3D will need to think a little differently about shooting and editing, he added.
"It is very important to realize that with 360 video, the camera is no longer just a piece of equipment on set, but very much a part of your storytelling now.
"The viewer isthe camera -- the fourth wall has been totally smashed," Seah said.
