Spencer featured in the second episode of Cohen's satirical mockumentary. The bizarre clip, in which Spencer carries out Cohen's instructions as part of what he believes to be an anti-terror training programme, can be seen in full below:
"Because of who you are, you could be the victim of kidnapping by ISIS," says Cohen, in disguise as Israeli anti-terror expert Capt. Erran Morad, around the 2.45 mark in that video. "You have two second to attract attention. How do you attract attention?"
"Well, you start screaming," responds Spencer. "Take your clothes off."
Cohen follows up by saying that there is one forbidden word in America. "It is the n-word," he says. "Now, I am going to be the terrorist; you have three seconds to attract attention, go!"
Spencer then proceeds to scream the n-word four times, at the top of his lungs, before Cohen stops him.
"You crazy?" he says. "The n-word is noonie. Not this word. This word is disgusting."
"Got it," responds Spencer.
