Although deals have been rolling in for weeks, it's now officiallyAmazon Prime Day. The retail giant's big event is always a perfect time to pick up a new laptop, especially if you're looking for a MacBook (or any other Apple devices, for that matter). But let's not forget about a fan-favorite budget laptop: the Chromebook.

But as day one progresses, we're seeing many of those prices drop even further. There are plenty of Chromebook deals to shop at Amazon, but we also found a few deals at Best Buy that were too good not to include.

The new Chromebook Plus line of laptops combines performance, power, and convenience at the same low price that the popular budget computers are known for. This model from Acer comes equipped with great internal specs at this price point, and will work well for anyone who desires a no-frills device that'll tackle their web-browsing and document-editing tasks with ease.
