Mexican actor Roberto Cavazos detailed in a Facebook post how the House of Cards star tried to touch him against his will at the bar of London's Old Vic Theatre.
“There are many of us who have a 'Kevin Spacey story'. It seems the only requirement was to be a male under the age of 30 for Mr Spacey to feel free to touch us,” he wrote. "It was so common that it became a local joke (of very bad taste)."
Spacey was the Old Vic's artistic director from 2004 to 2015, and Cavazos, who acted in films Rushand El Beso, took part in a few plays under his tenure starting from 2008.
At the time, the Mexican actor was 26 and Spacey 49.
"I don't remember how many people told me the same story: Spacey would invite them to meet him to 'talk about their careers'. When they arrived at the theatre, the man [Spacey] had prepared champagne on the stage, beautifully lit."
"Each story varied in how far the picnic went, but the technique was the same. More common was to find him at the bar of the theatre, grabbing whoever caught his attention," Cavazos continued. "That's how it happened to me the second time. I didn't stand for it, but I know some people who were too scared to stop it."
The actor said he wouldn't be surprised if a lot more people will come forward to tell their stories about Spacey in the coming days and weeks, Harvey Weinstein-style.
“Those of us who met him in London when he was director of the Old Vic know a whole lot more people will find the courage to tell their stories in the coming days and weeks,” he said.

He went on to claim this kind of sexual harassment is common in Mexican theatre.
Spacey didn't reply to The Associated Press when it reached out to his representatives. Mashable has also reached out to him for comment.
Following Rapp's accusation, Spacey released a statement on Twitter in which he apologises and comes out as gay, causing an outcry in the LGBTQ community.
Spacey said that he was "beyond horrified" to hear Rapp's allegations of sexual misconduct. He added that he didn't remember the incident,.
“But if I did behave then as he describes, I owe him the sincerest apology for what would have been deeply inappropriate drunken behaviour.”
The Old Vic said in a statement it was "deeply dismayed" about the allegations against Spacey and urged people to come forward if they experienced harassment:
Inappropriate behaviour by anyone working at The Old Vic is completely unacceptable. We aim to foster a safe and supportive environment without prejudice, harassment or bullying of any sort, at any level, as set out in our joint statement with the theatre industry on 23 October.
